February 25th, 2008
Kelowna real estate market is starting to get into spring action, the weather is warming & mls listings are becoming more plentiful & buyers are ready to buy.  Open houses were much busier this weekend so the buyers are out & about.  Come on to the Okanagan Valley Wine country & check out our real estate.  Golfing will be starting soon & only another month of great skiing at Big White & Silver Star.  And WORLD CURLING is in Vernon in March.

Price Reduction

February 23rd, 2008
Just reduced my listing at #589 - 1255 Raymner Avenue to $264,900.  A great condo alternative, a little bit of green grass, garden area, double garage.  Come & see it, it is really a smart home.  Small pets welcome, Age 45.  It is now vacant & must be sold, quick possession.

SPRING IS HERE

February 23rd, 2008
Finally, some sunshine, some warm weather & the birds are starting to chirp so spring is on it's way.  The Kelowna real estate market is starting to show signs of warming up also.  Buyers are on the move again & listings are more plentiful.  The grass is starting to peak through the blanket of snow at the Kelowna & Okanagan Golf courses and skiing at Big White is at it's best.  Have you heard about our new expansion of the Kelowna Airport.  Direct flights to Europe & a whole lot of hot spots is going to make this a more desireable place to live.  So, come on to the Okanagan and live in the "heaven"

Happy New Year

January 15th, 2008
January is half over, the days are starting to get longer & spring is not that far away.  Kelowna's real estate market is surprisingly still quite active.  Home buyers are starting to get out & look at properties now with enthusiasm & more real estate listings are coming on stream & being listed on MLS.  The average price of a home in Kelowna now is just under $500,000. Condo sales are increasing as more & more buyers are finding that is what is affordable now.  Kelowna is definately on the map with many buyers coming from all parts of the universe. A great climate, a wonderful part of the country.  Why don't

Merry Christmas

December 6th, 2007
'Tis the Season' - it came up so fast, and it is going by faster than I can get my greetings out.  Our Kelowna Real Estate market has shown the normal signs of slowing down for the holiday season.  All indications are that the real estate market will continue on after the new year.  Interest rates are stable, home prices are still on the rise and real estate listings on mls are now getting to be more plentiful.  Kelowna, B.C., the place to be, climate, beautiful golf courses, Big White Ski Resort, Okanagan lake, orchards, wineries, and beautiful scenery are all reasons to relocate here.  If a move
