SPRING IS HERE
Finally, some sunshine, some warm weather & the birds are starting to chirp so spring is on it's way. The Kelowna real estate market is starting to show signs of warming up also. Buyers are on the move again & listings are more plentiful. The grass is starting to peak through the blanket of snow at the Kelowna & Okanagan Golf courses and skiing at Big White is at it's best.
