Don't forget the time change this weekend!!. Our Okanagan Real Estate Market is changing like the seasons. We are finally heading into spring time, warmer temperatures, sunshine & the Okanagan Blooms into the Spring Market as the interest rate changes. We are starting to see movement in our market, more showings, more sales & now with the interest rate lowering - more buyers starting to take the first step into buying. I think it is time to get off the fence & make purchases now as the pent up demand will create a flurry & prices will change as well - they won't go down anymore once we get buyers making the decision to buy now.
